Dununba bass drum

Naby shows you how to play the Dununba (low-pitched bass drum) for this groove. In his left hand he plays a bell with a thin metal stick. With his right hand he uses a wooden stick to play open notes on the drum head.

After the first demonstration, you get a several "slow motion replays" to help you catch the pattern. At the end of the lesson, you will see the pattern played again at regular speed.

At any time you can pause and rewind. For additional speed adjustment, use the gear icon found in the bottom right-hand corner of the video.
